DATA ANALYST / CONSULTANT

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

TalentLink is partnering with a top-tier company in the UAE and is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst / Consultant to act as the link between the technical data science teams and business stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who can dive deep into data, support Data Scientists in model development, and translate technical findings into compelling insights and presentations for clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data Preparation & Analysis: Collect, clean, and structure large, complex datasets from multiple sources to support data science initiatives and AI models.

• Exploratory & Diagnostic Analytics: Perform in-depth exploratory data analysis, identify trends, correlations and outliers, and deliver actionable insights to project teams.

• Collaboration with Data Scientists: Work closely with Data Scientists to design experiments, evaluate model outputs and ensure data pipelines meet analytical needs.

• Reporting & Visualization: Build clear dashboards and visual reports in tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker, making complex results understandable for non-technical audiences.

• Client-Facing Deliverables: Translate technical results into business-friendly presentations, storyboards, and executive summaries for client workshops and proposals.

• Project Support: Assist in scoping data projects, preparing RFP responses, and identifying high-value use cases for AI/analytics with clients.

• Quality & Compliance: Ensure data quality, consistency, and security standards are upheld across all deliverables.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business/Data Consultant or similar role in a data-driven environment.

• Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or R) for data analysis and automation.

• Strong capability in data visualization and dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex findings to senior stakeholders.

• Experience preparing and delivering high-impact client presentations and reports.

• Ability to work cross-functionally with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product teams.

• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data warehouses/lakes.

• Experience working on projects involving Generative AI or AI/ML models is mandatory.
