We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to manage and oversee the delivery of a residential project. This role involves coordinating with consultants and contractors to ensure the project is completed within budget, schedule, and quality expectations while safeguarding the client’s interests throughout the project lifecycle.

• Represent the client and act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders.
• Assist in appointing architects, engineers, and contractors, and manage their performance.
• Review and monitor design development to ensure alignment with the client’s requirements.
• Oversee cost planning, budgeting, and value engineering to control expenses.
• Prepare and track project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Review contractor progress reports, invoices, and variation claim before recommending approval to the client.
• Monitor construction progress through site visits, inspections, and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements.
• Report regularly to the client on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Manage handover process, including snagging, quality checks, and close-out documentation.

Desired Candidate's Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 12-16 years of relevant experience
• Extensive experience as Client/Owner's representative
• Prior experience managing residential construction projects (luxury villa/house)
• Strong knowledge of project management processes (budget, schedule, quality).
• Ability to coordinate multiple consultants and contractors.
• Strong client-facing, negotiation, and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with local building codes, permits, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
