Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SDET candidate to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for Test Planning, perform manual and automated testing, Track & Manage test execution, defects triage, test status reporting.
- Automate assigned feature using existing RBC iCAP Framework
- Test data set up and coordinate with other impacted team for test data
- Ensure test cases are integrated into automation framework (iCAP)
- Experience in designing test cases with a focus on optimized test design techniques with automated testing(cloud, distributed and mainframe, business workflows and services/APIs, databases)
- API testing experience using Postman/ SOAP UI
- DB testing experience (SQL)
- Experience in test automation frameworks/tools e.g., (SoapUI, Selenium, Appium, UFT/Lean UFT/Rest Assured/Robot Framework, TestNG) and script development
- Provide effort estimates for all QE and Testing-related deliverables and tasks.
- QA related certification. E.g. ISTQB, Agile testing
- Test management tools like qTest
- Experience using test case optimization tools such as ConformIQ, Hexawise
- Prior experience working in a bank or financial institution
