Team manager Product Design (temporary position) SEB | Stockholm

We are now looking for a temporary team manager to one of our Product Design Teams within Products and Customer Experience Design. Are you passionate about creating great customer experience and to facilitate the best conditions for customer-centric work? This is the job for you!

What You Will Be Doing

As a team manager within Customer Experience Design, you will be responsible for managing UX designers who work on Loans, Payments, and Account services. Additionally, you will support and promote a customer-centric approach by guiding your colleagues and product teams through the design process. In this role, you will collaborate across functions to help ensure that the organization operates in a customer-focused manner.

• You are positive, emphatic and energetic manager who believes in all employees potential
• You are passionate for transformational leadership
• You have great people skills
• You are driven and love to take ownership of change 
• You are well-structured and have high documentation skills
• You have experience from leading and coaching others as a manager or similar position
• We expect you to have post-secondary education within the field as well as experience in working agile with UX for web, mobile and app
• You have good language skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
