Job Description:

• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to translate requirements into user-friendly designs.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to enhance user experience.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Stay up to date with UI/UX best practices, emerging trends, and relevant technologies.

Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in software development or digital transformation projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
• Experience in government or public-sector projects is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility guidelines.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
