About the Role:

HR department is pivotal in the organization development and leading the people agenda to enable business ambition. We are seeking a dedicated HR Associate to support the smooth and efficient delivery of HR processes that are essential to both our business objectives and employee experience.

In this role, you will contribute to key HR functions with a focus on recruitment, workforce coordination, and employee engagement, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (50%)

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including drafting job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and preparing offers/contracts.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies to ensure timely fulfillment of store staffing needs.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and other channels.
  • Maintain and update candidate records, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.


Employee Engagement & Experience

  • Contribute to drafting and editing employee communications, such as newsletter, feature stories, and engagement articles.
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement programs, events and wellness activities.
  • Assist in preparing HR communication materials (e.g. FAQs, employee handbook, presentations).
  • Coordinate employee feedback initiatives by compiling survey responses, preparing summaries, and supporting action planning.


HR Support

Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and generate reports to support HR decision-making.

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for HR projects, company-wide events, and festive celebrations.
  • Ensure HR operations are compliant with MOM regulations and internal policies.
  • Support other HR functions and perform ad-hoc duties as required.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR, employer branding and internal communications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, automation tools, and communication platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Infotech, or similar) is a plus.
  • Ability to think creatively and bring innovative ideas to employer branding and communications strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with metrics and tools to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and HR processes.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
