Location: Hybrid, Utrecht, NL

Overview: As an Information Security Manager, you will ensure the security and continuity of information management across the organisation, reporting directly to the IT Director for the Netherlands and serving as a key contact for all information security matters.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for information security, aligning with company policies and standards.
• Manage, monitor, and enhance the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and oversee risk management with the CISO team.
• Keep senior management updated on key security issues and priorities.
• Lead security audits, testing, and ensure new IT services meet security requirements.
• Oversee and improve the SOC's response to security incidents, delivering security awareness training as needed.
• Manage local security projects and contribute to broader company initiatives, including IT compliance and control.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications:

• Experienced information security professional with strong independent working skills.
• Ability to simplify complex issues, communicate effectively, and influence stakeholders.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISMS, risk management, and familiarity with ISO 27001.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred.
• Experience with tools like Eramba, Qualys, and Rapid7 is beneficial.
