We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Systems Engineer/Scrum Master to join our team, a group dedicated to improving how our customer handles medical documents. This critical role will be key in the development and ongoing maintenance of our Salesforce-based medical application. As the Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating agile development processes, driving collaboration across cross-functional teams, and fostering continuous improvement to ensure that the needs of our medical application users are consistently met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership & Supervision: As the Scrum Master, you will supervise individuals aligned with your agile team, ensuring effective team performance and creating an environment that encourages accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
- Agile Process Facilitation: You will lead the Scrum team through agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospectives, and Daily Stand-ups, ensuring smooth execution and continuous improvement.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: In close coordination with the Project Manager and Technical Lead, you will work to quickly identify and resolve project roadblocks, ensuring that the team remains focused and productive. You will also collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure full participation in all agile ceremonies and that the product backlog is well-maintained and prioritized.
- Agile Project Documentation: You will assist in documenting the Agile Project Plan, including Milestones (MVI’s), Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria, while also performing impact analysis, identifying dependencies, and estimating levels of effort for different project tasks and features.
- Removing Roadblocks: A key responsibility is to actively identify and remove any roadblocks or impediments that might hinder the team’s progress, ensuring that the Scrum team remains focused on delivering high-quality work within the sprint cycles.
- Project Reporting & Status Updates: You will be responsible for providing regular project status updates, progress reports, and other necessary communications to the Raptor management team and the customer, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Customer-Focused Improvement: Given the critical nature of the customer’s needs, this role involves constant engagement with end-users and stakeholders to ensure that the product meets their requirements and adapts to their evolving needs, contributing to the overall improvement of the system’s ability to handle medical documents effectively.
