Hiring for a leading global InsurTech company headquartered in the MENA region

Location: Doha

Role: Business Development Manager


We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our international business growth. This is a senior-level role that demands deep knowledge of the insurance and software industry, an established global network in the insurance and reinsurance vertical, and a proven track record of driving enterprise technology sales across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to expand adoption across global insurance markets.

Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise clients in the insurance and reinsurance sectors.

Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and industry influencers / partners across the insurance ecosystem.

Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, presentations, solution positioning, proposal development, and contract negotiations.

Collaborate with presales, product, and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs and market trends.

Represent company at international insurance and InsurTech forums, conferences, and networking events.

Continuously monitor market dynamics, competitors, and emerging technologies to


Qualifications & Experience

15–20 years of proven experience in selling enterprise software solutions to the global insurance industry.

Strong understanding of insurance operations (General, Health, Life, and Reinsurance) and related digital transformation needs.

European nationality with extensive international exposure and industry network in insurance/InsurTech.

Demonstrated success in closing large-scale deals with global insurers or reinsurers.

Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.

Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.

Willingness to travel frequently to engage with international clients and partners
