Responsible for the full-process relocation management of expatriate employees upon arrival in the host country, including but not limited to:
1. Coordinating and arranging temporary accommodation and subsequent transitions
2. Providing guidance and assistance for opening local bank accounts
3. Advising on the registration procedures for various permits required in the host country
4. Supporting housing rental matters, including property selection and contract negotiation
5. Managing company apartment resources, including lease agreement signing and daily maintenance
Establishing and maintaining regular communication mechanisms with expatriate employees:
1. Managing expectations before onboarding and clearly communicating relevant policies and important notes of the host country
2. Regularly following up on employees’ adaptation and promptly resolving issues during the relocation process
3. Collecting employee feedback to continuously optimize relocation procedures and service quality
Formulating and improving company expatriate management rules and procedures:
1. Developing standardized global expatriate relocation operation manuals
2. Ensuring procedures comply with local laws, regulations, and internal company policies
3. Collaborating across departments to optimize the expatriate support system
4. Managing suppliers and collaborating to enhance the relocation service experience
Providing comprehensive employee care services:
1. Organizing cultural adaptation training and sharing local life guides
2. Assisting employees and their families in solving daily life challenges in the host country
3. Establishing emergency response mechanisms to safeguard employee safety and rights
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Human Resource Management, International Business, Cross-cultural Management, or related fields are preferred
- 3–5 years of work experience, with previous management of international assignment projects involving over 100 employees
- Experience in cross-cultural communication or international expatriate relocation managemen
