Tech Lead Front-End Engineer (React.js)

We are looking for Tech Lead Engineer to work on Phase 2 of the project, which focuses on implementing new features and enhancing existing application workflows. The scope includes search engine implementation, logs & events handling, auditing, and other improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring best practices and high-quality delivery
• Break down complex tasks into manageable parts and oversee their execution
• Make key architectural and design decisions
• Contribute to both frontend and backend development
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and communicate effectively across teams
• Participate in late meetings (minimum of 4+ hours/day overlap with PST is required)
  
  

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with React
• At least basic knowledge of Node.js, Express, MongoDB, and SQL
• Proven leadership experience in a Tech Lead / Team Lead role
• Ability to structure and delegate complex tasks efficiently
• Strong decision-making skills in architecture and design
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
• Excellent communication skills to lead the team and interact with stakeholders
• Willingness to work with at least 4 hours/day overlap with PST timezone
