✅ Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Unity Engine
• Successfully shipped at least one PC or console game
• Capable of independently developing core game systems from scratch
• Strong collaboration skills with artists and designers

🛠 Responsibilities

• Lead the development of simulation games from prototype to release
• Build and optimize gameplay systems, UI, and core mechanics
• Collaborate closely with art and design teams to ensure seamless integration
• Troubleshoot and maintain codebase across platforms

🌟 Nice-to-Have

• Experience with other game engines (e.g., Unreal, Godot)
• Familiarity with shader development, lighting, and asset pipelines
• Knowledge of AI systems, physics simulations, or procedural generation

🕒 Availability Requirement

• Must be online and reachable between 12:00–18:00 GMT+3 on weekdays for team sync and collaboration

*Compensation: $750 to $1,200 monthly (USD), depending on experience and portfolio strength
