Responsibilities

• Design and build data architecture based on MongoDB and Postgres for storing and processing data.

• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes for collecting, cleaning, and integrating data from various sources.
• 
  
• Create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to monitor key product business metrics.
• 
  
• Perform data analysis and prepare analytical materials to support management decision-making.
• 
  
• Optimize the performance of the data warehouse and analytical queries.
• 
  
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to identify analytics needs.
• 
  
• Document data architecture and processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Engineer and/or Data Analyst.
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB and Postgres: schema design, indexing, query optimization.
• 
  
• Hands-on experience in building dashboards and reports in cloud-based Power BI.
• 
  
• Experience working with large volumes of data, understanding of ETL/ELT principles.
• 
  
• Proficiency in query languages (MongoDB Aggregation Framework, SQL); experience with Python/JavaScript is a plus.
• 
  
• Experience in fintech is an advantage.
• 
  
• Ability to work independently and in a team, strong analytical mindset.
• 
  
• Good communication skills.
