- Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
- Conceptualizing and designing a comprehensive UI/UX strategy for the brand.
- Work independently to produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Designing and testing UI elements and tools for our digital assets, such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets.
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
- Adhering to style standards in typography and graphic design.
- Translate high-level design requirements into effortlessly simple user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Actively partner with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers. Work closely with the product team, manage and maintain designs to meet customer needs, validate and ensure the final delivery of world-class experiences.
- Improve user experience by simplifying and refining the user interface.
- Participate in design discussions and collaborative sessions with teams and stakeholders, offering and providing feedback on concepts and ideas to evolve the experience. Mentor & nurture junior design talent
- Deliver and maintain high-fidelity schematics, workflows, interaction storyboards, and design deliverables that guide creative, content, and development efforts.
- Participate in User Research and Usability Testing from time to time.
- Be a productive and additive teammate, actively helping leaders and peers to raise the bar while also capitalizing on ideas from others.
- A Bachelor's degree with minimum 2-3 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services. Master’s degree in Design or similar field preferred.
- B2B SaaS experience is a MUST. SaaS landing page and/or user onboarding design experience HIGHLY preferred.
- Proficiency in Design & Prototyping tools like- Figma, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.
- SaaS landing page and/or user onboarding design experience HIGHLY preferred.
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software will be a benefit: Design Systems, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, and Android.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
