Your Impact

As a UX Designer, Visual Design will collaborate with interaction designers, product management, product development and UX leadership teams on diverse design projects, leading the creation of visual solutions across in-product branding, iconography, cross-platform UI design, customer-specific visuals, UI specifications, guidelines and web assets. The role also involves working closely with the Visual Design Manager to shape and refine design strategy and direction.

What The Role Offers

  • Create high-fidelity visual design mock-up’s using design system guidelines.
  • Conceptualize and produce custom iconography in various size, format as per icon design guidelines.
  • Collaborate with interaction designers & product management to translate wireframes and user flows into polished, production-ready designs to align with product goals and user needs.
  • Good understanding of Design tokens and its usage in production work.
  • Partner with development teams to ensure feasibility, smooth handoffs and pixel-perfect implementation.
  • Harness product insight to drive creative ideas that contribute to business success.
  • Manage assignments through project management systems and follow centralized file/asset management practices
  • Good understanding of design systems, grid layouts, responsive design and accessibility standards
  • Demonstrates organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Works well independently with little supervision.
  • Adheres to set schedules and ensures product requirements and release deadlines are met.
  • Take lead in new initiatives and review junior designers work & provide them design direction.
  • Effectively manages multiple tasks and performs well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritizes tasks to meet product requirements & adapting quickly to changing priorities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and AI-powered design solutions and leverage them to improve efficiency and creativity.

What Your Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or Visual Communication or 3 year Bachelor’s degree in any disciple.
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic/visual design industry experience designing user interfaces for Web, desktop and/or mobile devices.
  • Good understanding of user experience design processes and methodologies.
  • Strong conceptualization and ideation skills.
  • Experience working with UX design systems.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma & Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Good understanding of Design tokens and its usage in production work.
  • Knowledge of creating re-usable components in Figma.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Show leadership skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile or product development environment.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (Section 508, WCAG).
  • Good storytelling and presentation skills to communicate design decisions clearly.
  • Knowledge of leveraging AI to improve efficiency and elevate user interactions in enterprise applications.
  • Proactive, motivated and energetic team member.
