PROJECT INFORMATION:

  • Industry: telco
  • Location: Warsaw – hybrid
  • Rate: up to 165 PLN/H net + VAT, B2B
  • Project language: Polish, English

YOUR TASKS:

  • Provide technical expertise and ensure delivery quality and performance.
  • Lead and mentor engineers to support their growth and career development.
  • Collaborate with developers, Agilists, stakeholders, and designers to build exceptional applications.
  • Build confidence in project delivery through automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and analytics.
  • Implement DevOps practices to automate the delivery pipeline.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Front-end - e.g. ReactJS (preferred), AngularJS, Flutter, React-Native and Back-end - e.g., NodeJS, Java (preferred), Python, Databases development.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, TDD, BDD, and XP.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in implementing commercial projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot.
  • Ability to write clean code.
  • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
  • Knowledge of TDD/DDD techniques.
  • Excellent knowledge of the REST standard.
  • Knowledge of GIT or other version control systems.

SOFT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Creative individual with deep technological expertise and software development background.
  • Strong communication skills with a sense of idealism and pragmatism.
  • Curiosity and ability to quickly grasp and understand different software environments and solutions.
  • Experience in interviewing and leading a development team.
  • Willing to work using English.
  • Independence in action.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate at different levels of the organization.
  • Ability to conduct unit tests.
  • Efficiency, motivation, independence, creative thinking, seeking new, non-standard solutions.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Knowledge of BPMN engines.
  • Knowledge of the openApi framework.
