What You Will Do

• Lead implementation projects from discovery and design to testing, training, and go-live.
• Act as the main point of contact with clients — building trust, managing expectations, and ensuring flawless delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (analysts, consultants, solution architects, developers, and client stakeholders) to meet milestones and deliverables on time.
• Define project plans, schedules, and scope while proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder engagement at every stage.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize delivery, enhance processes, and maximize client value.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Support and coach project team members, ensuring alignment with goals and high-quality results.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Project Manager, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage complex projects effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills — equally comfortable with executives and technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a focus on quality and client success.
• Fluency in English, Spanish and French
