Competencies:

• Strong troubleshooting abilities in distributed systems and server environments.

• Proficiency in Linux (RedHat/CentOS), shell usage, and IT monitoring tools.

• Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP) and security standards (PKI, TLS).

• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and follow-up skills.

• Experience working in cross-functional and international teams.

Candidates must demonstrate strong English communication skills


Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate customer-reported incidents in production environments.

• Diagnose and resolve service disruptions swiftly, ensuring SLA compliance.

• Lead incident resolution efforts, including escalation management and RCA documentation.

• Prepare service delivery reports and monitor incident trends.

• Collaborate closely with offshore R&D teams and stakeholders throughout the resolution process.
