The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our product team and help drive our technical vision forward. You’ll be hands-on in both front and back-end development while leading architecture decisions that ensure scalability, security, and top-tier performance. What You’ll Do
Tech Leadership & Architecture:
Be the go-to tech leader, mentoring devs and ensuring best practices.
Shape the platform’s architecture with scalability, performance, and maintainability in mind.
Guide our transition to microservices with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies to keep us ahead of the curve.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Code & Development:
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code for both frontend and backend.
Build and maintain RESTful & GraphQL APIs.
Drive secure API development with best-in-class encryption & authentication.
Optimize performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
Develop the core MVP features and iterate based on user feedback.
Security & Performance:
Implement top-notch security measures (encryption, authentication, authorization).
Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Continuously optimize the platform for speed and efficiency.
Scalability & Data Management:
Design robust database schemas to handle massive amounts of data.
Develop efficient data retrieval, migration, and storage solutions.
Implement pub/sub messaging for real-time, scalable processing.
Ensure the platform can handle growth—more users, brokers, and partners.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work hand-in-hand with the Product Owner, UX/UI team, and engineers.
Participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Translate complex tech talk into actionable insights for non-tech team members.
What You Bring
5+ years of full-stack development experience in a senior role.
Expertise in the Javascript ecosystem —bonus points for TypeScript.
Solid grasp of frontend frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, Angular).
Backend skills in Node.js or Python (Django/Flask).
Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
Hands-on experience with GraphQL & REST API development.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
Cloud proficiency (AWS or Google Cloud).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines & DevOps best practices.
Security-first mindset with knowledge of encryption and access controls.
Experience with Docker & Kubernetes (or willingness to learn fast!).
Agile, startup, or fast-paced environment experience.
