We’re on the lookout for a Software Engineer to design and build innovative solutions that enhance our digital capabilities and create seamless member experiences. In this role, you’ll collaborate with product, design, and business teams to tackle interesting challenges, shape modern systems, and deliver quality software that makes an impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering high-quality software solutions that are reliable, scalable, and easy to maintain.
  • Collaborating with teammates to solve problems and share knowledge.
  • Contributing to improvements in software quality, testing processes, and user satisfaction.
  • Working with modern technologies such as Node.js, TypeScript, Angular, Playwright plus Cloud providers like Azure and AWS.
  • Keeping things simple — always looking for smarter, faster, better ways of working.

About You

You’re a curious and passionate problem-solver who thrives on technical challenges and enjoys working collaboratively to deliver great results. You like to experiment, learn quickly, and take pride in building solutions that make life easier for others.

For This Role, We’re Also Looking For

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, delivering solutions in production environments.
  • Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and front-end frameworks such as Angular (preferred) or React.
  • Knowledge of C# .NET backend/API development (desirable)
  • Proven experience in ensuring code quality and reliability with a strong understanding of testing methodologies (unit, integration, and end-to-end).
  • Practical knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • A problem-solving mindset and passion for building innovative solutions.
