Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning - Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI), agentic system design, and production deployment. This role blends deep technical engineering with a presales edge. You will not only build and scale AI systems, but also rapidly prototype solutions to showcase to clients, helping shape opportunities and accelerate adoption.

You’ll be working at the intersection of cutting-edge AI, customer engagement, and production deployment, turning concepts into working demos, POCs, and production-grade solutions on AWS.

Key Responsibilities

Presales Engineering & Rapid Prototyping

• Collaborate with sales and solution teams to understand client needs and craft rapid GenAI prototypes.
• Build compelling demos and proof-of-concepts that validate feasibility and accelerate deal cycles.
• Translate business requirements into technical prototypes that showcase AI value in real-world use cases.

Model Development & Agentic Design

• Develop and fine-tune LLMs, multimodal models, and agentic frameworks (MCP, orchestration systems).
• Design and implement autonomous workflow pipelines tailored to customer scenarios.
• Production Deployment & MLOps
• Architect, containerise, and deploy models in AWS (Sagemaker, EKS, ECS, Lambda, etc.).
• Build CI/CD pipelines for models and ensure monitoring, logging, and scalability.
• Optimise inference speed, reliability, and cost for customer-facing deployments.

Innovation & Collaboration

• Partner with product and business teams to bridge technical possibilities with customer value.
• Evaluate and recommend new GenAI and orchestration tools that enhance demos and production builds.
• Stay at the forefront of GenAI trends to influence both product strategy and presales capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in AI/ML engineering with hands-on experience in Generative AI.
• Strong background in rapid prototyping for client-facing demos or internal showcases.
• Production deployment expertise on AWS (Sagemaker, ECS/EKS, Lambda, etc.).
• Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain).
• Experience with agent-based architectures and orchestration patterns.
• Ability to work in presales contexts — translating business requirements into technical prototypes.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to customer-facing roles (pre-sales, solutions engineering, consulting).
• Experience with vector databases, RAG pipelines, and real-time GenAI applications.
• Knowledge of security, governance, and scaling concerns in client environments.
• Track record of presenting technical solutions in workshops or client demos.
