Business Intelligence Analyst

A great opportunity to join a Sydney-based MSP who are looking for a Service Delivery Analyst that will thrive in a dynamic environment, blending data analytics, reporting and customer engagement to drive continuous improvement across service delivery.

The role in more detail:

• Build and maintain insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI and Advanced Excel
• Analyse complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Partner with internal teams and external clients to deliver reporting solutions that support business decisions
• Onboard and train clients on new technology solutions
• Work closely with stakeholders – including senior management – to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Skills and Experience required:

• Strong skills in Power BI, data modelling, and data visualisation
• Experience in a Service Delivery or BI role
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong customer focus, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships
