Your Role
Youโll be the go-to builder for systems that tie together customer workflows, ERP integrations, and CRM operations. Success means creating reliable, documented solutions that scale smoothly and keep the business running like a well-oiled machine.
Youโll:
- Build and maintain websites and web apps (front-end + back-end).
- Integrate APIs to connect systems and streamline workflows.
- Develop automations using Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
- Configure and manage CRM systems (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or equivalents).
- Troubleshoot issues and document solutions for reuse.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements.
- Strong experience in front-end or full-stack web development.
- Hands-on skills with JavaScript, React, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
- Experience integrating APIs and handling webhooks.
- Familiarity with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n).
- Comfort managing CRM platforms (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.).
- High attention to detail with testing and documentation.
- Self-starter mindset, able to own tickets end-to-end.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Startup or remote-first experience.
- Familiarity with Notion, Airtable, or dashboard tools.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines or cloud platforms (AWS, etc.).
- Understanding of UI/UX for clean, user-friendly interfaces.
