Your new role

We’re looking for a skilled Python developer who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys tackling a wide range of technical challenges, within a Microsoft Dynamics base and backend development.


As part of the technical team, you’ll be involved in:

  • Contributing to optimizing workflows and automation, including the evolution of ETL processes.
  • Designing and enhancing Python-based solutions, ranging from data processing tools to APIs.
  • Working closely with product managers, infrastructure specialists, and business teams, ensuring clear documentation and smooth communication across departments.
  • Shaping the technical architecture of new initiatives, addressing a variety of engineering challenges—whether related to system performance, integration, security, or internal tooling.


Your profile

We’re looking for someone with good experience, a passion for IT and a hands-on attitude. You’re solution-oriented, never lose sight of the end goal, adaptable and a team player.


To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Fluency in French, English and Dutch (at least a B2-C1 in all).
  • At least 5 years of experience as a developer.
  • At least 3 years of experience in python.
  • Knowledge of/a first experience working with Microsoft Dynamics and Fabric and a willingness to get better.
  • Experience with SQL databases.
  • Knowledge of cloud environments (CI-CD/RESTful APIs).
