Product Owner / Agile Coach F/M/X

Amaris Consulting is looking for an experienced Product Owner / Agile Coach to join our team in Brussels under a permanent contract (CDI). In this role, you will drive agile practices across teams, facilitate collaboration, and ensure alignment between functional vision and technical requirements in a dynamic international environment.

🔥 Your Responsibilities:

• Guide teams in adopting agile practices and structuring workflows
• Support leadership in defining long-term vision, strategy, and priorities
• Facilitate communication, implement collaborative tools (notably Jira), and oversee release tracking
• Lead change management initiatives by building an agile mindset within teams transitioning from traditional ways of working
• Promote autonomy, collaboration, and personal development among team members
• Act as a trusted facilitator: listen, mediate, escalate issues when needed, and foster team trust
• Contribute to functional activities and ensure coherence between business needs and technical constraints
• Participate in key meetings to maintain alignment between functional vision and technological roadmaps

🎯 Your Profile:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, and/or Agile Coach in complex technical or organizational environments
• Strong ability to introduce and scale agile practices to teams with little prior exposure
• Background in organizational change management and transformation projects
• Excellent interpersonal skills: active listening, diplomacy, ability to unite and influence without imposing
• Autonomous and proactive, able to operate with minimal onboarding by gathering information from stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with agile management tools (e.g., Jira)
• Fluent in English and Dutch, with the ability to participate in Dutch-speaking meetings
