The Role

We’re looking for a freelance Data AnaIyst to join the Daily Banking Tribe of a major financial institution. You’ll work on data analytics, dashboarding, and financial insights to help steer key banking products.

What You’ll Do

• Gather requirements from management, product, finance, and data teams.
• Design ETL processes and manage data migration from legacy systems.
• Build and automate dashboards in Tableau.
• Ensure data quality, traceability, and performance.
• Translate financial drivers into clear, actionable insights.

What You Bring

• 2–6 years’ experience in data analytics/BI.
• Strong in data prep, ETL, automation, Tableau.
• Bonus: SQL, SAS, Oracle Exadata/ExaCC.
• Master’s degree in a quantitative field (or equivalent experience).
• Fluent English + basic Dutch and French.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
