We are looking for an IT System Specialist for our client to take on a versatile role in maintaining and developing the internal IT infrastructure of a growing group of companies.
In this role, you are responsible for several companies´ IT-infrastructure, including domain management, email systems, setting up secure data environments, and providing technical support.
The work can be done flexibly remotely or in a hybrid model, and your location can be either Tallinn or Espoo. We value an independent working style and the ability to work effectively in a virtual team.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Managing IT infrastructure (domains, emails, websites)
- Providing technical support for our employees
- Setting up and maintaining secure data rooms and storage solutions
- Organizing, managing and ensuring access to digital data
- Overseeing IT systems related to collaboration tools, cloud services, and digital communications
- Supporting new companies within the group in implementing and maintaining systems and setups tailored to their operations
- Ensuring data security, backups, and compliance with best practices
âś… We Expect From You
- A degree in IT or related technical field or equivalent work experience
- 2–4 years of professional experience in IT support, system administration, or infrastructure
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, email systems, and domain management
- Experience with cloud storage, file-sharing platforms and data organization
- Ability to solve IT challenges independently and efficiently
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Reliability, initiative and flexibility
- Skills in Estonian, Swedish, or Finnish are considered an advantage
