Fly By Me Oy is a rapidly emerging startup set to revolutionize industrial asset management. With a clear go-to-market strategy and initial customer validation in place, we are searching for a technology and operations leader to drive the execution and scaling of our vision.

We provide cutting-edge Drone-as-a-Service (DDaaS) and Robotics-as-a-Service (RDaaS) solutions. Now, we need a founding partner to build the robust, scalable platform that will deliver on our market promise.

Your Mission:

Translate our business strategy into a market-leading technology platform and a highly efficient service delivery model. You will own the entire technical and operational roadmap, ensuring our solution is scalable, robust, and delivers exceptional value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the execution of our integrated technology and service delivery roadmap, ensuring our technical capabilities directly support a flawless go-to-market execution.

Architect and build our core service platform, data pipeline, and customer-facing analytics.

Recruit and lead our future engineering and operations teams, driving innovation with emerging technologies like AI/ML.

Actively participate in preparing for funding rounds and engaging with investors as a technical expert and founder.

Who You Are:

You are an experienced leader with a strong background in software development or data architecture, preferably from a service-focused startup. You have a commercially-aware, entrepreneurial mindset and are a hands-on problem-solver, ready to turn strategy into a successful product with scalable, recurring service operations. You have a proven track record of participating in startup funding rounds and possess a professional network in the Nordics—including potential clients, technology, and partner contacts—that will support our international growth.
