About The Role
With us, you will have a central role where you lead various projects and programs with great importance for our customers and their future. You will work with some of the largest companies in the Nordic region and your work will contribute to realizing their business vision and competitiveness in the market. Your task will be to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget and with high quality. You will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, allocating resources, managing risks and driving communication with all stakeholders. It is a relationship-building and communicative role that leads to great collaborations.
About You
We are looking for someone who has previous experience of project and program management, preferably from a consulting role. You are a natural leader who enjoys taking the initiative and completing projects in the best possible way. Communication is one of your strengths and you feel comfortable working in both Finnish and English, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you can speak swedish, but it is not necessary.
We would like you to:
- Have several years of experience in project management in ERP implementations within Infor M3 (or equivalent business system)
- Have knowledge of different project methodologies such as waterfall and agile
- Be a teamplayer who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams and deliver within budget and timeframe
- Are business-minded, solution-oriented and have a strategic mindset
