Job Description
Starting on January 2026, you will join the Tech team to contribute to the evolution of our SaaS platform by developing robust, scalable, and maintainable features. As a member of a cross-functional task force, you will work on one or several modules of the LittleBig Connection platform with a focus on performance, reliability, and user experience.
Your missions
Software development / Product evolution:
- Analyze and challenge product specifications provided by the product team
- Participate in design and technical committees
- Implement and maintain new features in the product
- Collaborate with QA to rapidly fix issues raised by the certification team
- Update the JIRA activity repository to ensure traceability and visibility
- Investigate and analyze technical issues and platform bugs
- Coordinate with support level 2, customer support, and business teams
- Deliver fast, reliable hotfixes with minimal impact
- Propose and implement scalable solutions based on user feedback
- First experience in full stack development with Java and Angular
- Good understanding of code review, merge requests, release pipelines, Maven
- Familiarity with JavaScript, GIT, and Linux is a strong plus
- Academic background: IT Engineering or similar
- Fluent English
- Experience with SaaS solutions and high-pressure environments is desirable
- You are motivated to contribute to a large and evolving codebase
- You enjoy solving complex technical problems pragmatically
- You are proactive, communicative, and capable of working autonomously
- Mastering generative AI such as ChatGPT for improving day-to-day productivity.
