Senior Product Designer (Healthcare AI)

We’re partnering with a fast-growing AI startup that’s redefining how healthcare is delivered thanks to AI. This is a chance to join a high-growth, mission-driven company at a pivotal stage of expansion. The company has offices in France and the USA and is currently under 200 employees.

🛠️ THE ROLE

You’ll be joining as one of the first dedicated Product Designers in Paris, working closely with product managers, engineers, and another experience product designer already in place. The role is hands-on across the full design process:

• Partnering with product managers and engineers to validate user needs and define requirements
• Designing across web and mobile with a strong focus on visual/UI design (~60%) as well as UX flows
• Driving end-to-end ownership from discovery and prototyping to shipping and iteration
• Contributing to and evolving the design system to keep pace with scale
• Advocating for user-centric design in a mission-driven, product-led environment

✅ YOUR PROFILE

• From 5–10 years of product design experience (flexible for exceptional portfolios)
• Strong UI & UX skills with an eye for detail and clean execution
• Experience in SaaS, healthtech, fintech, or regulated industries preferred
• Comfortable in fast-moving startups, used to shipping fast and working autonomously
• A portfolio that shows clear, impactful product design work across both web and mobile
• Excellent communication skills in English (French not required)
