Senior Product Owner roles (Cash Management Solutions) to cover three separate areas:

- Internet and Mobile Banking (Experience with Internet and Mobile Banking platforms, including UX/UI best practices and security standards)

- Corporate Integration (Strong understanding of corporate integration technologies (Host-to-Host, APIs, SFTP).

- Regional Channels (Experience with digital platforms, customer portals and API-based services)

Contract Type: 6+ months

As a Product Owner, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of secure, scalable, and user-centric platforms that enable corporate clients to manage their cash and banking services efficiently. This role is part of a strategic transformation programme focused on delivering next-generation digital experiences across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision
* Define and own product roadmaps across digital channels and integration platforms.
* Align strategy with business goals, client needs, and global CMS initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement
* Collaborate with regional business teams, compliance, operations, technology partners, and vendors.
* Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring intuitive, secure, and value-driven solutions.

Delivery Oversight
* Lead agile delivery teams through backlog grooming, planning, and prioritisation.
* Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and enhancements.
Requirements & Documentation
* Translate business and technical requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications.
* Maintain product documentation including roadmaps, release notes, and onboarding materials.

Compliance & Risk Management
* Ensure platforms meet regulatory standards (e.g., PSD2, GDPR, AML/KYC).
* Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to embed controls and support audit readiness.

Performance & Optimisation
* Monitor product performance, user feedback, and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
* Identify opportunities for innovation, personalisation, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

* Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in Banking or Financial Services.
* Strong understanding of Cash Management products, Corporate Banking workflows, and client needs.
* Experience with digital platforms including Internet & Mobile Banking, portals, APIs, and integration technologies (e.g., Host-to-Host, SFTP).
* Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
* Exposure to Open Banking, ISO 20022, SWIFT messaging, and mobile authentication frameworks.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
* Product Owner certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is a plus.
