Summary

Learn all BI&SFE&CRM (Salesforce-Veeva) system dynamics, improve MS Excel & CRM administration skills. Support the department daily workload and present high-level assist for field users.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzes, summarizes and comments on all data sources in order to update
• Administration tasks for BI&SFE&CRM (Salesforce-Veeva) systems
• Support of field users for QlikSense and CRM usage
• Creating stakeholders and updating consents
• Supporting the department for ad-hoc requests
• Assisting IQVIA sales reports & analysis
  
  

Success Measures

High level support for the department on daily tasks, good knowledge for administration tasks on BI&SFE&CRM, good communication level with field team.

• 3rd or 4th year university student
• Very good command of both written and spoken English
• Candidates from Engineering would be preferred
• Good knowledge on MS Office tools, especially MS Excel
• Previous internship experiences in similar areas would be preferred
• Able to work 3 days/week for 6 months period
