The Role

Our client is seeking an ambitious and skilled communications professional to join their growing Dublin team. This is a hybrid role: office-based on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Wednesday and Friday.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high-impact global PR campaigns.
  • Manage daily client communications across emerging technology sectors.
  • Provide outstanding client service, supporting retention and growth.
  • Draft, edit, and review press materials.
  • Handle proactive and reactive media relations.
  • Issue press releases and pitch to international media.
  • Oversee multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Build and maintain strong media relationships to secure impactful coverage.
  • Lead crisis communications and issues management.
  • Run workshops, media training, and client update meetings.
  • Manage and mentor a small, high-performing team, allocating resources and guiding professional growth.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to advance client brands and business goals.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and a positive, entrepreneurial mindset to ongoing growth.


Skills & Requirements

  • At least 4 years’ recent PR agency experience with a focus on media relations.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of finance, blockchain, or advanced technologies desirable but not essential.
  • Proven strategic thinking and opportunity identification.
  • Excellent understanding of the media landscape.
  • Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong planning, prioritisation, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated crisis communications experience.
  • Successful leadership and mentoring track record.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Highly motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to the highest professional and organisational standards.
