They offer construction project management services across diverse sectors, fostering a collaborative environment where talent thrives. They are looking to hire a passionate and driven Project Manager to join their dedicated team based in Dublin.


The Role


They are looking for an experienced Project Manager capable of leading and deliver a variety of projects from inception to completion. This key role involves overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring projects meet client objectives, budget constraints, and deadlines. You will be instrumental in managing stakeholder relationships, coordinating teams, and driving efficient project workflows within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Project Planning & Strategy: Developing detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables, and creating comprehensive work breakdown structures.
  • Execution & Oversight: Leading project teams, monitoring progress, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Overseeing project budgets, tracking expenditure, managing financial forecasts, and identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies.
  • Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, internal teams, contractors, and other key stakeholders through effective communication and regular updates.
  • Team Leadership: Motivating and guiding project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Preparing and presenting regular project status reports, maintaining accurate project documentation, and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.


Qualifications


  • A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management or a construction related field.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of proven project management experience, preferably within a construction environment
  • Demonstrable experience in managing projects of varying complexity and scale.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership, highly organised with good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with great stakeholder engagement skills
  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
