Job Description

Our tribe is responsible for developing and maintaining the group wide workflow and case handling platform, which powers and automates key processes across the organisation.

We are in process of creating the tribe which builds AI-enabled capabilities, creates innovative solutions for process automation, and delivers exceptional value to the business by using „build once – use many times” approach. You will have a chance to contribute to the creation, experiment with different options and test your ideas.

  • Location split: Our diverse team is spread across multiple locations, including Lithuania, Denmark, Finland and India.
  • Technologies and tools: We leverage cutting-edge technologies, including Camunda, GenAI models, Java, and AWS.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with other squads in the tribe, stakeholders across different tribes and business units, and external vendors and partners.

This is your chance to drive innovation at the intersection of workflow, automation, and AI while collaborating with a skilled team of developers, analysts, UX designers, and architects.

Your day will begin with a squad stand-up, where you will align with the team on sprint goals and priorities. You will then spend time refining the backlog, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the squad is set up for success. You’ll engage in discussions with architects and developers to address technical challenges and explore innovative solutions.

25% of the day will be pre-planned agile ceremonies and work with your team, while remaining work will depend on your challenges and priorities. No day will look the same and you will have space to design it so it works best to deliver upon the ambitious targets.

You will:

As a product owner, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our workflow and AI capabilities. You will:

  • Define and uphold the mission and vision of the squad
  • Define, manage and prioritise the squad backlog, ensuring alignment with tribe and business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for workflow automation and AI-driven solutions
  • Lead the squad in delivering high-impact features and improvements in 2-week sprint cycles
  • Drive the adoption of AI agents in workflow automation, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual interventions
  • Ensure seamless integration of new capabilities with the Camunda platform and other enterprise systems
  • Monitor and analyse platform performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation and innovation
  • Support the team’s continuous improvement in Agile maturity as well as act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on deliverables

About you:

  • Expertise in leading agile product development teams and facilitating agile ceremonies
  • Strong capability to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring strategic and operational alignment
  • Experience with workflow and/or case handling platforms
  • Knowledge and interest in AI based automation. AI technology application to workflow and/or case management advantageous
  • Ability to work with international cross-functional teams
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken and great communication skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 5200 EUR to 7800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
