Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary contact for new client onboarding, coordinating internal teams and external advisors.
- Ensure full compliance with AML/KYC and Luxembourg regulations.
- Review and negotiate fund documentation and service agreements.
- Provide input on fund structuring, governance, and regulatory compliance (AIFMD, SFDR).
- Support complex transactions including fund launches, acquisitions, restructurings, and financing.
- Mentor and develop junior team members while representing client entities at board/investor level.
Your Profile
- 5+ years’ experience in legal, fund administration, or investor services.
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory and legal frameworks, particularly AIFMD and AML/KYC.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; client-focused with ability to manage deadlines.
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
- Fluent in English; French/German an advantage.
