Open Assessment Technologies is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our PMO team and lead some of our most strategic client projects to success.

As a Senior PM, you will play a key role in ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and navigating complex, fast-paced environments. You’ll be the go-to person for project ownership, delivery assurance, and crisis management when needed.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Define agile project scopes, milestones, and objectives.
• Drive successful delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and scopes.
• Manage resources and ensure their optimal allocation.
• Handle changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using best practices.
• Report project status and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Conduct risk analysis and mitigation planning.
• Keep all project documentation clear and up-to-date.

👤 About You

• French speaker with fluency in English.
• At least 6 years of experience managing complex IT projects.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing crisis situations.
• Solid experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with SDLC and hybrid project management practices.
• Certifications such as Prince2, Agile/Scrum, ITIL are a big plus.
• Bonus: Business analysis background.
