You will create. analyse KPIs, detect trends, and create impactful Power BI dashboards that make complex information accessible and actionable. Beyond building reports, your mission will be to interpret data, uncover root causes, and identify opportunities for improvement in close connection with operational teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, consolidate, and analyse operational data to detect patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for optimisation.
- Design, develop, and continuously improve Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and provide leadership with real-time visibility.
- Act as a data storyteller, interpreting trends and explaining the drivers behind performance to influence business decisions.
- Support leadership with data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into effective reporting and analytics solutions.
- Promote the adoption of dashboard across the organisation by supporting colleagues in leveraging dashboards for daily decision-making.
- Contribute to digitalisation and automation initiatives by aligning analytics with business priorities.
- Proven experience (4–5 years) in data analysis, business analysis, or performance management.
- expertise in Power BI (dashboard design, storytelling).
- Solid analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
- Ability to interpret data, explain root causes, and connect findings with operational outcomes.
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to turn complex analysis into clear business insights.
- Fluency in French and English (German or Luxembourgish is an advantage).
