- Own the roadmap for payment products, driving feature prioritisation and shaping a superior financial user experience

Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years product management experience, ideally within blockchain, Web3, or FinTech environments
- Proven track record in delivering user-facing decentralised applications (dApps), wallets, or financial solutions
- Strong product sense with the ability to translate complex systems into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent collaboration and leadership skills with a systems-thinking approach
- Familiarity with compliance, security, and best practices in financial product design
- Prior experience in payments, financial technology, DeFi, or blockchain product development
- Technical fluency (e.g., smart contracts, blockchain architecture, payment systems) to enable close collaboration with engineering teams
- Strong UX orientation and experience partnering with design teams
- Data-driven mindset with experience running experiments and validating product hypotheses
