  • Own the roadmap for payment products, driving feature prioritisation and shaping a superior financial user experience
  • Translate monetisation strategies into product requirements and actionable development plans
  • Define user stories, journeys, and success metrics in collaboration with UX and engineering teams
  • Lead rapid experimentation cycles to test concepts, validate hypotheses, and identify opportunities for product market fit
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant product delivery
  • Guide product development through continuous feedback loops, balancing technical feasibility, user needs, and strategic priorities


Requirements


Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years product management experience, ideally within blockchain, Web3, or FinTech environments
  • Proven track record in delivering user-facing decentralised applications (dApps), wallets, or financial solutions
  • Strong product sense with the ability to translate complex systems into intuitive user experiences
  • Excellent collaboration and leadership skills with a systems-thinking approach
  • Familiarity with compliance, security, and best practices in financial product design


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in payments, financial technology, DeFi, or blockchain product development
  • Technical fluency (e.g., smart contracts, blockchain architecture, payment systems) to enable close collaboration with engineering teams
  • Strong UX orientation and experience partnering with design teams
  • Data-driven mindset with experience running experiments and validating product hypotheses
