Treasury Manager - Crypto & Fiat Operations

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Treasury Manager to oversee crypto and fiat treasury operations across multiple global entities. In this role, you'll manage daily liquidity, execute cross-border transactions, optimize risk and treasury strategies, and support critical financial functions in a fast-moving, crypto-native environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day cash flow operations across fiat and crypto holdings, aligned with corporate and tax structure guidelines.
  • Develop and implement treasury management strategies and risk policies across entities and currencies.
  • Execute fiat and crypto transactions, including multi-currency payments, FX, bridges, exchanges, and swaps.
  • Maintain accurate and timely treasury reporting, including weekly balance updates and NetSuite ERP entries.
  • Conduct due diligence on fund movements, investments, and strategic initiatives in coordination with the Finance team.
  • Build and maintain short- and long-term cash flow models and deliver monthly liquidity reports to leadership.
  • Manage multi-signature wallets, including setup, access control, and operational security risk mitigation.
  • Interface with financial institutions, crypto custodians, and OTC partners to facilitate treasury operations.
  • Provide support to cross-functional teams on cash flow optimization, treasury workflows, and ad hoc requests.


Requirements

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of hands-on treasury experience in crypto-focused environments.
  • Strong knowledge of blockchain-based finance, crypto assets, and multi-signature wallet tools (e.g., Safe).
  • Demonstrated ability to execute transactions across both fiat and crypto platforms.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite ERP for treasury and accounting operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globally distributed team.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with external OTC desks, crypto exchanges, and institutional custody providers.
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex financial concepts to cross-functional stakeholders.
