GTM Operations Specialist - Remote (Eastern Europe, Latin America, North America).
We’re GTM Partner. We’ve helped VC-backed SaaS companies and Fortune 500 companies generate over 15 million in revenue generated through sophisticated outbound systems. We’re looking for someone hungry to learn the entire go-to-market process and work directly with our founder
What You’ll Actually Do
- Build and manage the complete outbound infrastructure - from domain setup and email warmup to deliverability optimization
- Create hyper-personalized campaigns using Clay for AI-powered messaging that actually converts
- Develop prospect lists using Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other databases, then validate every email to ensure we’re hitting real inboxes
- Set up and optimize email sequences with A/B/C testing across multiple variants
- Implement trigger-based campaigns that catch prospects when they’re showing intent signals
- Build CRM integrations (HubSpot/Salesforce) that sync everything seamlessly
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights
- Handle lead management and handoff processes to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
You’re Perfect If You
- Have experience with outbound tools like Clay, Smartlead, Apollo, or similar platforms
- Understand email deliverability fundamentals (domains, warming, infrastructure)
- Can write compelling copy that gets responses (we’ll teach you our frameworks)
- Are comfortable with automation tools and workflow builders
- Want to learn from someone who’s been perfecting this process for 2+ years
- Thrive when working directly with founders and taking ownership of results
- Are 100% fluent English
