DevOps Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Azure DevOps Engineer to join our technology team. In this role, you will help build and scale cloud infrastructure, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and support hybrid cloud environments across Azure and AWS.

You will contribute to both operations and engineering, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of mission-critical applications. This is a hands-on role working with tools such as Azure DevOps, Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Bitbucket, and other automation frameworks, while also leading key infrastructure operations discussions with stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and manage scalable multi-cloud infrastructure (Azure & AWS) using Terraform (IaC)
• Support and optimize CI/CD pipelines across Azure DevOps, Bamboo, and Bitbucket
• Build and maintain automation with Ansible, Bash, PowerShell, Python, and YAML
• Manage and support Kubernetes clusters across environments
• Ensure secure and efficient deployments using DevSecOps best practices
• Lead infrastructure operations discussions and provide technical leadership for cloud platforms
• Troubleshoot issues across infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and scripting layers
• Implement monitoring, logging, and proactive performance management
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and SRE teams to ensure smooth delivery of applications
• Write clean, documented, and reusable configurations and automation scripts

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Proven experience in Azure and AWS cloud platforms
• Strong expertise in Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, Bamboo for CI/CD, repos, and GitOps workflows
• Proficiency with Ansible, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
• Scripting and automation skills using Bash, Python, PowerShell, JavaScript
• Solid knowledge in writing and debugging YAML configurations
• Infrastructure operations experience with the ability to lead technical conversations

Preferred & Value-Add Skills

• Cloudflare experience (preferred)
• Linux SME-level expertise (value add)
• Knowledge of Helm, Docker, and service mesh tools
• Security compliance integration and DevSecOps practices
• Relevant certifications in AWS, Azure, or Terraform
