About The Role
We’re looking for a creative, curious, and impact-driven Product Designer to join our team and help shape seamless, user-centered experiences across our digital products. As a Senior Designer, you’ll be embedded in a product team, working closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to craft intuitive, accessible, and scalable solutions.
This is a hands-on role where your work will directly influence key business outcomes, from customer satisfaction to conversion and retention.

As a Senior Designer, you’ll be embedded in a product team, working closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to craft intuitive, accessible, and scalable solutions.
This is a hands-on role where your work will directly influence key business outcomes, from customer satisfaction to conversion and retention.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end design work: from discovery and ideation through to delivery and iteration
- Translate business and user needs into elegant, practical design solutions
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that balance user goals with technical feasibility
- Conduct and support usability testing and user interviews in partnership with UX researchers
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to bring your designs to life
- Champion design systems and contribute to their evolution
- Help raise the UX bar across the company by advocating for design best practices and user-first thinking
- 5 years of experience in product design, ideally within agile, cross-functional team
- A visual storyteller at heart — passionate about illustration and motion to bring ideas to life.
- Strong UX and UI design skills with a portfolio that shows both thinking and craft
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Fluency with Figma and prototyping techniques
- Comfortable collaborating with developers and PMs throughout the product lifecycle
- Experience with or interest in working with data to inform design decisions (e.g., analytics, A/B testing, heatmaps)
- A growth mindset, openness to feedback, and willingness to share and learn
- Experienced with accessibility standards, including WCAG guidelines
- Skilled in conducting accessibility audits to ensure compliance
- Experience working in fintech, e-commerce, or platform-based products
- Exposure to service design or end-to-end customer journey mapping
- Contribution to a design system or shared component library
- Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML/CSS)
- Interest in AI prototyping for quick idea validation is a plus
