What you’ll be doing
- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients in the IT sector, uncovering their unique talent needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Become a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring their ongoing recruitment requirements are met with precision and efficiency.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial search to successful placement, matching exceptional IT profiles with the perfect career opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to our placed consultants, ensuring a positive and productive experience for them and our clients.
What you will need to succeed
- You bring 3-5 years of experience as a Business Manager or in a dedicated IT recruitment role.
- A natural communicator and skilled negotiator, you excel at building rapport with both clients and candidates.
- You possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, capable of working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- You're passionate about the dual challenge of business development and talent acquisition.
- Fluent in Portuguese (native/fluent) and English (C1 minimum) are essential.
