🧐 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

• Strong understanding of airline industry operations, processes, and data domains.
• Proven experience in business analysis within data and analytics projects.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, process modelling (e.g., BPMN), and writing user stories.
• Ability to interpret and work with large data sets; Basic SQL proficiency is an advantage.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, AWS) and data product concepts (e.g., data mesh, data contracts).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and compliance principles.

🧐 HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?

• Gather and document business requirements for data products within a specific airline domain (e.g., Flight Operations, Customer).
• Translate business needs into clear, structured data requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Data Product Owners, domain experts, and data engineers to align data product features with business goals.
• Assist in defining and validating data product KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics and ensure end to end product delivery
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for data product releases.
• Support data discovery, profiling, and validation efforts to ensure accurate interpretation of data.
• Bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.
• Ensure business requirements comply with governance, privacy, and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, IATA).
