Our mission is to deliver cost-effective, scalable, and smart customer service solutions to SMEs using cutting-edge AI-driven automation.

• Design, build, and maintain core features for AI voice and WhatsApp agent platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the founders to define product direction and technology strategy.
• Ensure robust, scalable, and secure software architecture for the platform.
• Integrate third-party APIs for voice and messaging features.
• Set up and manage scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Foster a high-performing and inclusive engineering culture from day one.
  

• Demonstrated expertise in building scalable web platforms (SaaS or communications-focused preferred).
• Proficiency in backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or similar) and frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or similar).
• Experience working with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with AI technologies including NLP, speech-to-text, chatbots, and the WhatsApp API.
• Prior startup experience or a strong entrepreneurial mindset is appreciated.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are required.
