Senior Fullstack Developer

OysterLink is the newest and fastest-growing restaurant & hospitality job site. The site just launched recently and is generating over 300,000 monthly visitors organically.

We are seeking a senior-level Senior Full-Stack Developer who can:

• Lead and oversee the development process, ensuring high-quality software
• Architect, plan, and implement solutions using Node.js for backend, React for frontend, MySQL database, Redis for caching, and a Microservices architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project goals

The GOALS for this position is to:

• Work with the dev team to transition into the new age of development approach (fully AI enhanced, and reduce dev time by 50-70%)
• Ensure coding standards and best practices are followed, and at least 30% of the code is generated by AI

Required Skills:

• You are an expert developer and a motivated AI enthusiast
• 5+ years of experience in leading software development teams with a strong background in Node.js and React.
• In-depth knowledge of MySQL, Redis, and Microservices architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive solutions to completion.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a fully remote work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the development process, ensuring high-quality software.

• Resolve technical challenges and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Keep on top of emerging technologies and industry trends to make informed technology decisions.
