We're looking for an experienced Senior Front-end Engineer with a strong focus on React to join our core platform team. You'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and scaling the user interfaces for our innovative lending platform, translating complex financial workflows and AI capabilities into intuitive, responsive, and performant user experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain a robust library of reusable UI components and design systems.
• Implement complex financial data visualizations and interactive dashboards.
• Collaborate closely with product designers, UX researchers, and backend engineers to define and implement user-centric features.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility.

• Play a key role in the design process and take the lead in developing all aspects of our product's user interfaces.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional front-end development experience, with at least 1 year in senior/lead roles.
• Expert proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and SCSS.
• Deep understanding of modern front-end architectures, component-driven development, and state management patterns.
• Hands-on experience consuming and integrating with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data flows.
• Proven track record building complex, user-facing applications, preferably in FinTech or a data-intensive domain.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and web performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or similar.
• Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Solid understanding of accessibility (A11y) best practices.
