Growth Product Manager (Fulfilment by eMAG Team)

What you’ll have to do:

• Define and drive the growth strategy for Fulfilment by eMAG, focusing on onboarding, activation and retention of marketplace sellers.
• Design and optimize the funnel from onboarding → activation → first shipped order → long-term retention.
• Build and launch scalable growth mechanisms (free trials, referral programs, targeted incentives).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Data and Ops to implement adoption and expansion initiatives.
• Translate seller needs and feedback into product requirements, ensuring a seamless seller experience.
• Track performance and iterate quickly, using data-driven decisions and A/B testing to validate hypotheses.
• Support the launch of new features by ensuring high adoption in the first 90 days.
  
  

What makes you a good fit:

• Previous experience in Product Management, Growth, or similar roles in e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset, with hands-on experience in working with metrics, funnels, adoption and retention KPIs.
• Customer-centric mindset, with the ability to understand seller pain points and translate them into product improvements.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and balancing priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in English and Romanian.
• Ability to manage projects in Agile environments and deliver measurable results.
